Q: What is included in my purchase?

A: All project plans include the following:

• Downloadable PDF format

• A tools/supplies list

• A cut list with all essential part dimensions

• Details 3D diagrams

• Step by step build instructions

• Currently all plans are in imperial measurement

Q: How will I receive my digital order?

A: All digital products are DIGITAL DOWLOADS and there are a couple ways you can get them.

1. Immediately after your purchase you will be sent to the order confirmation page. This page has a "Download Your Plans Here" button

2. Immediately after your purchase you will be sent an order confirmation email. This email also has a button to download your plans. (please remember to check your spam folder!)

3. If you created an account with us, you may log in and all your previous orders are accessible there for immediate download.

Q: When will I receive my digital order? 

A: All plans are immediately available for download after purchase with the following exceptions:

1. Your payment method was rejected, is in pending status or has been flagged as fraudulent activity by the payment processor.

Q: What if I am unhappy with my purchase?

A: All sales of digital products are final
